Focused, diligent, professional and on the ball, Con Sardellis surveys the room and co-ordinates his team to and exceptional standard. He can cater for small or large groups with the greatest of ease. His attention to detail is excellent. We had 240 people at our wedding and Con had me feeling completely relaxed and confident that their needs were being met. The quality and quantity of the food was amazing. Plates were frequently being topped up and the event was executed in a highly professional way and went like clockwork.
